Welcome to the site, I'm Steve King, a professional writer and presenter working from "home", hence am around during the day to look after pets and property. I'm happy to consider anywhere in London, Brighton, around the southeast or even further afield if you're near a mainline station; I now even have regulars whose cats and properties I look after in Wales and Denmark. Prefer bookings of a fortnight or longer, but will consider shorter periods if our schedules match.
NO FEES; I'm solvent, and hoping to get my own place again one day, so am house-sitting in lieu of rent and bills. As well as pet-care and security, I deal with deliveries and supervising building work, gardeners, mail and messages. I have managed property for over twenty years, including several central "high-end" residences, and looked after cats and other pets for over twelve years (including rabbits, tropical fish, birds and some reptiles ... not all at once for obvious reasons) and have many references from previous and current regular clients and friends, many of whom I would hope now count as both.
